Refund Policy

If you have a product that was purchased from chillbgames.myshopify.com, and the product is still in its original shrinkwrap, it is eligible to be returned to Chill B Games, LLC. Returns will only be accepted if initiated within 30 days of product delivery.

The customer is responsible for returning the product in the same condition it was received, and for the shipping costs of the return. Prior to initiating the return, please contact us at chillbgames@gmail.com and we will provide you with additional steps needed to facilitate the return and process your refund. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund equal to the original payment via Shopify to the individual who placed the order.
