Shipping Policy

Chill B Games, LLC strives to ensure that all available products ordered from this website are shipped within 1 week of order placement, subject to our Terms of Service.  Any shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates, and actual transit times may vary.

If an order is placed that includes a product that is not currently in stock (e.g., such as a pre-order product), we hold the order until that product becomes available and charge the customer at the time of shipping.  A customer may cancel the order at any time prior to the product being shipped. 

Please note that Chill B Games, LLC is not currently accepting orders from, or shipping products to, customers outside of the United States.
